With an increasing amount of mobile traffic hitting their site, UFH asked us to create a brand new, streamlined user experience that would fit their organizational philosophy and work well in English, Chinese and Japanese.
Just what the doctor ordered, in the weeks following the relaunch, web traffic increased 150% - about half of which came directly from mobile devices. Thread worked extensively through wireframes and user journeys and created a friendly, fully responsive website that looks crisp on every device.
