Which one is your favorite: Gelato, Ice Cream or Sorbet? Ever thought this was a really hard question? Also, why do we even have to choose?
Passionate about frozen desserts from a young age, founder Eliot travelled the world chasing the answer to that very question, feeding his Instagram with insights along the way building up 20,000 followers (icecream_inspector).
Gradually, ice cream brands and renown restaurant chefs invited him to taste their ice cream, providing the opportunity to further explore the craft’s secrets.
Rich of his learnings, Eliot went on to build his own ice cream theory.

There isn’t ONE better type of frozen desert! It’s all about choosing what will reveal best each flavor.
And when he says FLAVOR, he means ANY, from traditional Taiwanese to out (far out) of the box fragrances.
Elliot’s Identity
Creating a luxury icon for a luxury delicacy.
But not without meaning! The icon shall represent the entire process.
Creating such a delicate product is a dance between science and craft. When it comes to ice cream, precision equals quality, while technique equals to all the delicious textures!
