Celebrating Fook Wo Kwong’s Opening – a few months in the making
It's officially opened! Fook Wo Kwong (福和光): A Culinary Masterpiece in Cantonese Cuisine
Eva and Justine were so excited to attend the Grand Opening. After a number of weeks of creative ideas and detailed planning together with the Fook Wo Kwong (福和光) team, all they wanted was to experience it all coming together: the notorious cooking, the space filled with guests along with the branding we helped them creating.
Fook Wo Kwong is a high end dining experience, meticulously crafted to delight the most experienced connoisseurs.
At the heart of this project is an appreciation for the history and rich produces used in traditional Cantonese cuisine. After over 20 years working with them with passion and the upmost respect, the highly skilled (and highly awarded) team still feels like it’s those ingredients that are teaching them how to cook the best recipes.
It’s been an honor to help them telling that story; we are very grateful for the trust the team empowered us with throughout the entire project, from conceptualization to execution – from brand strategy to menu design, sourcing and food photography guidance.
