To answer the question, how can we make our experience centre cafe more of an experience?!
A cafe experience that attracts/is attractive to non-driving fans (companions), and encourages them to share their experience. With a remit to be a destination, our brief was to build a connection between the channel and a wider audience, without alienating its established customers.
